Responsibilities
Conduct on-site wound consultations/visits
Assess wound progression and ensure appropriate supply of materials
Maintain close relationships with clients (outpatient nursing services, care facilities)
Communicate with treating physicians
Support prescription management
Develop networks with other professional groups
Requirements
Completed professional training as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
Experience in managing chronic wounds is desirable
Customer- and patient-focused mindset and approach

Flexibility
Ability to work independently and reliably
Valid driving license (Class B)
