About the role

  • Assetmanager overseeing energy generation technologies at WSW Energie & Wasser AG. Responsible for optimizing performance and collaborating on investment projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assume technical responsibility for our energy generation assets
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to achieve technical optimization
  • Monitor the performance, efficiency and economic viability of existing facilities
  • Analyze, evaluate and implement investment projects in the field of energy supply
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, economic feasibility and profitability analyses, and presentations for management

Requirements

  • Degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, energy engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in asset management, ideally in the energy sector
  • Solid knowledge in the analysis and evaluation of investment projects
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products (especially Excel); experience with SAP (ERP, PM) desirable
  • Willingness to work outside normal working hours and to participate in on-call duty
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B)
