Responsibilities
Design high-quality visual assets across digital and print platforms (social media, presentations, pitch decks, brand assets, campaign visuals, event materials, etc.).
Translate creative briefs into refined, on-brand, client-ready executions.
Contribute to creative ideation and visual direction in collaboration with PR, Influencer, Social, and Events teams.
Adapt designs across formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
Support campaign rollouts with fast-turn design needs and last-minute updates.
Apply and respect brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries when appropriate.
Prepare final files for delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Stay current on design trends, visual culture, and platform best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure creative alignment and executional excellence.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design, branding, and campaign work.
Excellent eye for layout, typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
Comfortable balancing creative thinking with executional speed and structure.
Strong understanding of brand systems and how to adapt visuals across platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion or basic video skills are a strong asset.
Organized, reliable, and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
Able to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
Passion for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, culture, and digital media.
Bilingual French/English is an asset.
