Product Manager overseeing authorization tooling and payment performance for Worldpay. Managing product roadmap, enhancements, and cross-team collaborations in a global team setting.
Responsibilities
Manage life cycle product planning activities and delivery of high quality products, enhancements and releases to market
Defines product roadmap to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy by considering position in life cycle, product profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction and sales success rate
Shape and own the product roadmap and vision for authorization tooling and analysis, taking inputs and user-feedback from internal key stakeholders
Own the creation and prioritization of a product backlog within the auth suite of products
Contribute to cross-team problem-solving regarding authorization performance, and deliver presentations to colleagues and other teams as needed
Own progression of developments & features through to product ionization, guide engineers to deliver enhancements, fixes and features that are rapid in frequency and drive business value
Ensure blockers to development are identified and addressed (with escalation as needed)
Define release planning cycle for the team
Requirements
Experience in product management, program management, or business analysis within a technology or data-driven environment
Strong understanding of authentication, data tooling, and dashboard/reporting solutions
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable tasks
Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning
Familiarity with data architecture and flexible reporting tools is a plus
Knowledge and experience of Worldpay platforms and data architectures
Knowledge of Agile and Design Thinking
Basic experience in SQL and Snowflake
