About the role

  • Senior Accounts Associate responsible for managing Accounts Payable teams for diverse property portfolios at Workman. Leading multiple teams and ensuring KPIs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of Accounts Payable team(s)
  • Ensure all services are delivered within KPI for diverse property portfolio’s consisting of commercial, industrial, retail & residential properties.
  • Regular and direct communication with the Accounts team, Property Managers and suppliers
  • Leadership, mentoring & development of multiple teams
  • Review of departmental controls and ensure both client & internal KPI’s are met
  • Manages and reports on budget position and profitability
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Staying up to date with accounts payable best practices

Requirements

  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills
  • Good team working skills
  • A desire to learn and develop within your role further.
