About the role
- Senior Accounts Associate responsible for managing Accounts Payable teams for diverse property portfolios at Workman. Leading multiple teams and ensuring KPIs are met.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of Accounts Payable team(s)
- Ensure all services are delivered within KPI for diverse property portfolio’s consisting of commercial, industrial, retail & residential properties.
- Regular and direct communication with the Accounts team, Property Managers and suppliers
- Leadership, mentoring & development of multiple teams
- Review of departmental controls and ensure both client & internal KPI’s are met
- Manages and reports on budget position and profitability
- Supplier relationship management
- Staying up to date with accounts payable best practices
