About the role

  • Change Manager integrating process and change management across transformation programmes in the United Kingdom. Collaborating with teams to deliver successful digital transformation and process change in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop our change management framework.
  • Create clear plans for moving from current state to target state, including process mapping, programme management, and project documentation.
  • Report to the Head of Business Operations and Management Board.
  • Translate strategy into human impact, communicating benefits with the right messaging.
  • Work closely with HR, Marketing, Compliance and IT teams, and with Professional Service Line Heads of Departments.
  • Provide flexible support to help decision-makers understand their options.
  • Assess the impact of business model changes against target state benefits.
  • Run workshops, briefings and presentations to engage stakeholders.
  • Coach leaders and managers on their change leadership responsibilities.
  • Work collaboratively with programme delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading complex process and change management in professional services or similar sectors.
  • Experience with IT-focused transformation programmes involving stakeholder engagement across multiple departments.
  • Evidence of measuring change impact and reporting on deliverables and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and leadership levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Pragmatic approach and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate political situations.
  • Skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver consistent messaging across the firm.
