Responsibilities
Responsibility for accounting, cash flow and liquidity planning, as well as budgeting and forecasting.
Preparation of monthly reports, dashboards and analyses — for both management and external stakeholders.
Operational involvement: You actively contribute to the implementation of processes and tools.
Optimization and automation of finance processes — particularly in a SaaS or startup environment.
Close collaboration with the founders and external partners (tax advisors, banks, auditors).
Requirements
Degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Controlling) or equivalent qualification.
At least 3 years of professional experience — ideally in a SaaS or startup environment rather than a traditional corporate setting.
Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working independently and driving initiatives forward.
Confident use of tools such as Stripe and Google Sheets, as well as accounting/controlling software like DATEV Unternehmen Online.
Analytical and structured way of working, high quality standards combined with pragmatism and a 'get‑things‑done' attitude.
Very good German skills and good English skills complete your profile.
