About the role

  • Pre-Sales Solution Consultant in Talent Acquisition Suite for large enterprise segment at Workday. Delivering technical presentations and building trusted relationships with customers in EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars
  • Assist in closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution
  • Contribute to qualification of prospects and proposed demonstration criteria
  • Support sales in response to RFIs/RFPs
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Continuously upgrade skillsets and knowledge through learning opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a Solution Consulting role
  • 2+ years experience in HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
  • Exceptional, dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of HCM, ATS, and Candidate Relationship Management platforms
  • Subject matter expert on recruitment lifecycle, challenges and opportunities in high-volume hiring
  • Passion for conversational AI, machine learning, and automation
