Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, OR 5+ years of client facing experience in a technical consulting, requirements gathering, and solution design capacity, OR 5+ years of implementation experience with Human Resource or VMS software applications
- Workday Integration & Workday Studio Certification.
- Proficient skills with Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, Java, Python, or other integration technology.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in leading presentations and requirements gathering sessions.
- Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to lead integration projects from planning through execution.
- B.S. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management Information Systems.
