About the role

  • As an Advisory Associate, you will deliver advisory projects for energy clients in Brazil. Engaging with clients directly, guiding analysts, and producing high-quality insights.

Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in delivering high-impact advisory projects for leading energy-sector clients in Brazil and Latin America.
  • Structure problems, guide analysts, produce high-quality insights, and engage directly with clients.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, analytics, finance, strategy, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python, particularly for analytical workflows, data manipulation, or modeling.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and comfort working with quantitative data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong competency in Excel or other analytical tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workstreams and mentor or guide junior team members.
  • Maturity, ownership, and a strong service mindset.
  • Experience in the energy sector (optional but highly valuable).
