About the role

  • Junior Consultant / Consultant in Reward & Executive Compensation Practice at Mercer. Executing complex projects while contributing to client strategy and providing analyses in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute project delivery in line with strategic directions given by the managers of the team
  • Perform analysis and develop client ready reports with minimum guidance and instructions
  • Leverage and reinforce expertise in many of our practice areas (Executive Compensation, Broad-base Reward, Job Evaluation and organization-related issues, incentive plans, etc.)
  • Support Senior Colleagues in preparing outputs for our clients and presenting part of the outputs directly to clients
  • Support Senior Colleague in the development of commercial proposals
  • Support in developing the business and the intellectual capital of the Reward Practice

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Organization, Management and/or Engineering
  • +3 years of experience in consulting or in HR functions of medium-large size companies with focus on Reward and Compensation
  • Experience in Financial Services will be a plus
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
