Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the Workday HCM product suite
  • Elicit and document customer business requirements
  • Configure the Workday solution to meet requirements
  • Support data conversion and integration teams
  • Mentor consulting team members

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience implementing and configuring Workday HCM (Sr HCM Consultant)
  • 6+ years of experience implementing and configuring Workday HCM (Principal HCM Consultant)
  • Understanding of the operations and culture of State and Local Government entities
  • 6+ years of HR experience in employee relations or talent management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
