Responsibilities
Conduct inspections for claims adjustment processes, performing visits to dealerships and accredited or client-designated repair shops (as directed by clients/insurers), verifying estimate procedures, analyzing and evaluating the quality of services provided and other activities performed according to client operations, standards and procedures, as well as identifying and reporting discrepancies, suggesting quality improvements and detecting errors and fraud in procedures;
Notify repair shops of non-conformities to enable adjustments to estimates and repair/maintenance procedures;
Gather supporting evidence of incidents, such as photographic records, replaced parts and services performed, and forward this documentation for inclusion in the company’s and clients’ internal systems;
Analyze client-submitted claims, conducting on-site verification, validating and issuing technical opinions regarding procedures performed and discrepancies found;
Participate in internal meetings to align and update processes, targets, results and other planning, organization and control matters;
Prepare management reports on services performed and results achieved for monitoring and to support decision-making;
Travel to other states to visit dealerships and client-accredited or client-designated repair shops;
Conduct visits in response to special project requests or ad-hoc client requests;
