About the role

  • Content developer/instructional designer focusing on course content for Workday applications. Engaging with innovative learning solutions to enhance user experience in educational environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain instructionally sound course content across Workday applications and product areas.
  • Define course requirements, write learning objectives, and develop course materials (including eLearning media, graphics, manuals, and activities that support the course objectives) based on business needs and audience analysis.
  • Achieve course schedule and quality goals that align with Workday standards and processes.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in 1 - 2 Workday products within 6 - 9 months and identify connections and dependencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant working experience required.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: instructional design, visual design, content development, graphics, instructional technology, and multimedia technology.
  • Practical knowledge of learning technologies and a strong technical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design practices.
  • Demonstrated ability with authoring, content management, AI, and multimedia tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute work in line with a defined project plan.
