Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain instructionally sound course content across Workday applications and product areas.

- Achieve course schedule and quality goals that align with Workday standards and processes.
- Develop subject matter expertise in 1 - 2 Workday products within 6 - 9 months and identify connections and dependencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant working experience required.
- Experience in one or more of the following: instructional design, visual design, content development, graphics, instructional technology, and multimedia technology.
- Practical knowledge of learning technologies and a strong technical aptitude.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design practices.
- Demonstrated ability with authoring, content management, AI, and multimedia tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute work in line with a defined project plan.
