About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and derive suitable hardware solutions
- Create the electrical concept and schematics
- Develop motor control software and interfacing hardware components including voltage and current sensors, power stages, speed sensors
- Run simulations and analysis of designed circuits
- Test plan creation, test setup definition, test execution and report creation
- Guide electronic teams in designing and implementing advanced electrical engineering solutions
- Identify and implement technology driven improvements to optimize engineering workflows and increase operational efficiency
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to support medium to large sized projects
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related
- 6 + years of experience in electronics engineering (Aerospace background is an advantage)
- Proven experience in complex analog and digital circuits design
- Knowledge of fundamentals of electric motors and drive systems analysis, modeling, and control
- In depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and best practices
- Working level experience with Matlab / Simulink, PLECS or similar tools is appreciated
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to operate in the international project team
- Good English and Polish languages skills; able to explain technical topics.
