Responsibilities
Analyze customer requirements and derive suitable hardware solutions
Create the electrical concept and schematics
Develop motor control software and interfacing hardware components including voltage and current sensors, power stages, speed sensors
Run simulations and analysis of designed circuits
Test plan creation, test setup definition, test execution and report creation
Guide electronic teams in designing and implementing advanced electrical engineering solutions
Identify and implement technology driven improvements to optimize engineering workflows and increase operational efficiency
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to support medium to large sized projects
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related
6 + years of experience in electronics engineering (Aerospace background is an advantage)
Proven experience in complex analog and digital circuits design
Knowledge of fundamentals of electric motors and drive systems analysis, modeling, and control
In depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and best practices
Working level experience with Matlab / Simulink, PLECS or similar tools is appreciated
Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to operate in the international project team
Good English and Polish languages skills; able to explain technical topics.
