Requirements

- Specialization in Plant Utility Operation and Maintenance in CEMENT Plant/process industry/power/steel/Aluminum
- Management skills - must have worked in role of Site in charge in current or past companies
- Team management - should have handled a team of 30-40 people
- Familiarity with EHS requirements in Cement plant/similar plant
- Maintenance Schedules, Spare Part Management, Maintenance & Trouble shooting
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance experience in Electrical and Instrumentation Systems in Cement Plant
- Language requirement: Should be able to speak Telugu (preferred)
