About the role
- Principal Mechanical Engineer focusing on digital asset projects across the Energy sector. Execute engineering excellence and support project phases from concept to start-up.
Responsibilities
- Executing assigned scopes of work
- Providing discipline expertise to the business.
- Uses technical knowledge to perform engineering assignments and produce engineering deliverables including complex problems.
- Creates and reviews designs, drawings, specifications, and other engineering deliverables involving both existing and new technology and applications
- Requires mature professional knowledge in planning and conducting assignments having scope for coordination of difficult tasks.
- Problems presented involve new concepts and new and varied issues that demand technical expertise, increased innovations, or considerable modifications of precedents.

- HNC or appropriate level of experience in Mechanical discipline
- Experience and a drive for continual learning / understanding of the latest design tools, technologies and processes
- Proven working experience within a mechanical environment
- Demonstrate a good understanding of industry best practices and work to established standards
- Previous experience of peer review and coaching
