Requirements

- Professional Engineering license required
- CEM, highly preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in HVAC Design/construction
- Extensive design experience with chilled water central plants
- Knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI codes is a plus
- Independent decision making is required
- Computer skills using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of AutoCAD MEP or Revit
- Experienced with Mechanical Codes and Energy Efficiency Standards
