Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sizable team of software engineers
  • Oversee adherence to quality standards throughout the software development process
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
  • Collaborate with other teams for seamless integration and successful product launches
  • Monitor development processes and project progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science
  • 14+ years of comprehensive leadership and team management expertise
  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with leadership responsibilities
  • 8+ years of experience managing a team in an Agile setting
  • Evidence of live software developed and released under supervision in the past two years
  • Strong people management skills in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Experience with Continuous Delivery to the Cloud and best practices around developer experience, continuous deployment, and feature flag management.
