About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and platform capabilities across orgs using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows
- Own end-to-end delivery of features and enhancements for STP
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems
- Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders
- Provide demos of development to end stakeholders
- Design and implement robust data models, automation, and configuration
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and design reviews
- Support operational excellence through on-call rotations
- Document technical designs, patterns, and runbooks
- Mentor IC3 and contractor developers on Salesforce engineering best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer (or equivalent Salesforce-focused engineering role)
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions in at least one of: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud
- Strong experience building and operating integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST APIs
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and design patterns
- Experience working in a product-aligned engineering team
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices: version control (Git/GitHub), code review, CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working effectively with a geographically distributed team
