Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field required
- Advanced technical degree and/or related training a plus
- 8+ years of experience in software product development with progressive growth in leadership roles/responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead a team of onshore/offshore developers and collaborate within and across teams
- Proven experience in documenting technical commitments throughout the software development lifecycle, including providing specific project artifacts
- Strong ability to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using core principles of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
- Proficiency in data modeling, object‑oriented design, and responsive UI design.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, Cosmos DB, T‑SQL, and JavaScript in both cloud and client‑server environments.
- Hands‑on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools to enhance developer productivity.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SSRS or Power BI.
- Proficiency with modern UI frameworks, including Angular, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
- Experience working with Azure services, such as App Services, Functions, and Service Bus.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize application performance and meet non‑functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and SAFe.
