Requirements
- A strong, proven grasp of our essential technology stack, including Python, Docker, and GitHub Enterprise operating within Azure and/or GCP.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and execute tasks effectively, delivering high-quality, practical, and efficient solutions with an appropriate balance of speed.
- Commitment to building solutions that prioritise simplicity, security, and long-term maintainability, independently producing code that is free from common vulnerabilities.
- Expertise in utilising data from performance dashboards (e.g., New Relic), tests, and metrics to proactively enhance system reliability.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a demonstrated team-first approach, ensuring effective collaboration with all team members.
