About the role
- Lead Engineer responsible for the design and engineering approach for energy transition projects in the Netherlands. Coordinates engineering processes and ensures quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Verantwoordelijk voor de technische regie over het ontwerp en de engineeringsaanpak binnen projecten
- Geeft technisch inhoudelijke sturing aan het engineeringsproces en begeleidt engineers in hun werkzaamheden
- Vertaalt klantvereisten en wensen naar ontwerpkeuzes en ontwerpstrategieën voor klanten
- Beoordeelt, berekent en specificeert de benodigde netwerkcomponenten en bewaakt de ontwerpkwaliteit
- Bepaalt samen met het team het optimale tracé, inclusief risicobeoordeling via schouwen en bureaustudies
- Coacht tekenaars en modelleurs en bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van tekenwerk en modellen
- Bespreekt het ontwerp met opdrachtgevers en geeft uiteindelijk de technische goedkeuring voor het definitieve ontwerp
- Zorgt voor de verificatie en validatie over het gehele ontwerptraject en borgt de technische standaarden
Requirements
- Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, met een opleiding in elektrotechniek, civiele techniek of werktuigbouwkunde
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Engineer binnen de elektrotechniek
- Ervaring met Systems Engineering en complexe contractvormen (UAV-gc, Best Value) is een pré
- Sterke vaardigheden in plannen, organiseren en prioriteren
- Flexibele, klantgerichte communicatie en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders technisch te begeleiden
- Passie voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen in de ondergrondse infratechniek
