About the role

Business Systems Analyst improving HR & Payroll Software for Wolters Kluwer. Collaborating on cloud transformation and software development with international team.

Responsibilities

You will further develop our Online Payroll product together with an international, highly online-based team and support the transformation of our solutions to the cloud.
You bring deep domain knowledge in payroll and translate requirements into user-friendly, technically correct, and high-quality software.
You work closely with software development, product management, and quality assurance to ensure new features are clearly specified, thoroughly tested, and reliably delivered.
You analyze business requirements in the area of Online Payroll and derive clear, actionable concepts and requirements for software development.
You actively contribute to the design, conceptualization, and testing of new features for our software solutions and regularly review development results for domain correctness.
You collaborate closely with developers and act as the domain contact to quickly resolve queries and drive implementation efficiently.
You monitor legislative changes and ensure they are incorporated into the software promptly and correctly.
You support integration with connected systems and interface partners, especially in HR and Human Capital Management, time tracking, and related solutions.
You use modern tools to increase efficiency in analysis and specification and ideally bring experience with artificial intelligence in software development, for example for structured requirement preparation, quality checks, or support in test concepts.

You have solid knowledge and several years of practical experience in payroll or HR and want to apply this expertise to a modern software product.
You are technically inclined, enjoy working with software, and can formulate requirements so they are clear and implementable for development teams.
Experience with HR and Human Capital Management software is an advantage, especially if you are familiar with processes such as employee master data, time management, or digital personnel files in conjunction with payroll systems.
Ideally, you have experience using artificial intelligence in the context of software development and know how to apply such tools sensibly, transparently, and quality-oriented.
You are team-oriented, work in a structured way, and communicate confidently with stakeholders from both business and technical areas.
Strong written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
