About the role

• Systems Analyst collaborating with business and tech teams for maritime operations and solutions. Focused on technological advancements in logistics and compliance within Brazil's regulations.

Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation and analysis with business areas (loading/unloading, bookings, freight, maritime documentation, port operations);
• Design and functional/technical specification of systems to support navigation and maritime logistics processes;
• Technical support for defining solution architecture and integration between legacy systems (e.g., TOS, ERP, customs systems, fleet management) and new digital platforms;
• Leadership of testing activities (functional, integration, and user acceptance);
• Liaison with software vendors specialized in the maritime sector and technology partners;
• Support in defining system and operational process performance indicators (KPIs);
• Ensuring adherence to industry regulatory standards (e.g., ANTAQ, IMO, ISM Code, SOLAS) and internal compliance and information security policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields;
• Postgraduate degree;
• Analytical, strategic and results-oriented profile;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with Commercial, Procurement and Operations teams.
