About the role

  • Payroll Business Analyst III providing operational support for payroll processes and systems. Liaising between Payroll and HR Technology to ensure effective payroll operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for payroll processes and systems
  • Act as a key liaison between Payroll and the HR Technology Application Support team
  • Resolve system issues, develop user documentation, and support payroll employees
  • Partner with HR Technology stakeholders and business users to elicit, document, and analyze requirements for Oracle HCM
  • Support the design, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM enhancements
  • Execute and document validation activities for system migrations, releases, upgrades, and patches
  • Configure Oracle HCM elements in compliance with payroll tax regulations
  • Provide advanced end-user support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM issues
  • Monitor Oracle HCM Cloud releases, patches, and new functionality
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in assigned applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration related or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
  • Eight (8) years of previous experience in payroll processing, payroll tax, or finance (in addition to education requirement)
  • At least 3 years Oracle HCM Cloud experience
