Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational support for payroll processes and systems
Act as a key liaison between Payroll and the HR Technology Application Support team
Resolve system issues, develop user documentation, and support payroll employees
Partner with HR Technology stakeholders and business users to elicit, document, and analyze requirements for Oracle HCM
Support the design, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM enhancements
Execute and document validation activities for system migrations, releases, upgrades, and patches
Configure Oracle HCM elements in compliance with payroll tax regulations
Provide advanced end-user support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM issues
Monitor Oracle HCM Cloud releases, patches, and new functionality
Develop and maintain deep expertise in assigned applications
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration related or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree
Eight (8) years of previous experience in payroll processing, payroll tax, or finance (in addition to education requirement)
