About the role

  • Sales Specialist responsible for generating leads and closing deals in construction services for WM. Involves consultative selling and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout North America.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct activities associated with closing new customers and locations.
  • Generate revenue utilizing a consultative selling approach in the sale of WM services on outbound calls.
  • Prospect and generate leads for the Construction Sales Account Manager.
  • Establish and maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
  • Execute all aspects of sales marketing campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
  • Propose customer solutions compliant with regulations.
  • Effectively use WM sales productivity software tools.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
  • Experience: One year of non-consumer-based industry sales work experience.
