About the role

  • Business Analyst for HR squad focused on product evolution and legislative compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining product updates and facilitating stakeholder validations.

Responsibilities

  • Keep the product up to date in accordance with labor legislation, conducting research and validations.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, epics and features, ensuring clarity of requirements.
  • Support the squad in ceremonies (daily stand-up, planning, review) and in prioritizing work items.
  • Perform validations and user acceptance testing with clients and stakeholders, collecting relevant feedback.
  • Participate in presentations, demonstrations and client visits together with the Product Owner and Product Manager.
  • Record and organize requests, suggestions and increments in the backlog.
  • Create product support and training materials.
  • Track deliveries, ensure the quality of artifacts and collaborate for the continuous evolution of the product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge and interpretation of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HR/Payroll routines (employee movements, vacation calculations, terminations, payroll and other HR processes).
  • Experience with eSocial and related statutory reporting.
  • Experience with Electronic Time Recording (REP).
  • Knowledge of work time regulations and night shift differential.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of WK Radar (Payroll and Time modules).
  • Experience with HR management software.
  • Experience working in a technology company.
  • Training or certification in Business Analysis or Software Requirements.
  • Knowledge of building MVPs (Minimum Viable Products).
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (SST).
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
