Requirements
5+ years of increasing responsibility in Technical Project Management, Scrum Master, and/or Management roles with leadership responsibilities
2.5+ years skills in coaching, mentoring people and building strategic initiatives and cross-divisional programs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or similar equivalent experience
Experience managing technical software development projects in a fast-paced Agile environment
Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments
Proven track record of forming, storming, and norming new teams
Demonstrated experience managing and delivering development and business change or continuous improvement programs preferably in a large, matrixed group
Strong experience coaching, mentoring and training agile project managers and scrum masters
Experience with change management techniques
Experience working within and or building out an Agile PMO
Effective communicator with a wide range of audiences from team member to executive
