About the role
- Project Manager overseeing development projects in real estate across multiple locations. Responsible for financial activities and stakeholder collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Oversee acquisition, financing, and design activities on assigned projects.
- Secure financing and subsidies from various sources to fund development activities.
- Oversee development projects from financial closing to active construction.
- Act as a community liaison by establishing and fostering relationships with local, county, and state partners.
- Provide routine underwriting analysis and audits to ensure financial health of assigned projects in the pipeline.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Maintain and nurture external relationships with a variety of partnerships.
- Attend meetings and conferences as necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, affordable housing finance, or related fields.
- Knowledge of real estate finance, including securing financing and subsidies.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, maintain a clean driving record, and the ability to travel as needed.
