Responsibilities
Assist project managers in planning and executing projects by managing schedules, budgets, and documentation
Serve as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
Coordinate the availability of resources and materials needed for project tasks, ensuring that all team members have what they need to succeed
Organize and participate in project meetings, documenting minutes and action items to keep the project on track
Identify potential project risks and issues, proposing solutions to mitigate them and ensuring that the project remains on schedule and within budget
Requirements
Proven experience of at least 3- 5 years in project coordination in an Agile software development environment
Qualifications in Project Management, and/or Business Administration, or a related field is required
Proficiency in project finance management is advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced technical environment
Proficiency with project management software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
