About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for acquiring new clients in a specific industry for IT services. Leading customer interactions primarily through phone and virtual channels while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and penetrate new clients within a specific industry
  • Responsible for new client acquisition and managing the full sales process
  • Provide customer consultations by phone and via virtual channels
  • Share customer requirements with recruiters
  • Present freelancers and support the selection process
  • Build and maintain a network of clients and freelancers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree
  • Some experience in solution-oriented B2B sales
  • Ideally, experience with services in software development or IT project management
  • Experience in new client acquisition and strong negotiation skills
  • Enthusiasm for technical topics
  • Team player
  • Very good German language skills
  • At least good English language skills
