About the role

  • Product administration technician providing technical support and administrative assistance for financial products at Desjardins. Collaborating with experienced employees and assisting in operational processes and information management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for projects and operational issues
  • Help prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams
  • Help practitioners follow procedures and use your unit’s tools and systems
  • Ensure that control and authorization procedures for products and client accounts are followed so that operations are carried out properly
  • Perform event analysis and calculations and make changes to the organization’s computer systems.

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
