About the role

  • Account Manager driving sales growth and customer success through face-to-face interactions with existing and potential clients. Primary responsibilities include prospecting and delivery of seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily responsible for profitably growing sales in assigned customer base and achieving assigned sales growth targets
  • Prospecting for new accounts and increasing core and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
  • Relentlessly driving customer success and delivering a seamless customer experience
  • Requires operation of a Company Vehicle or Personal Vehicle

Requirements

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
  • Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field or MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of Miller Heiman’s Strategic Selling and Large Account Management Process concepts
  • Prior experience in telesales and possession of proven phone sales skills
  • Knowledge in company product line
