Responsibilities
- Manage and support the Digital Quality team in US and Europe
- Work closely with the Digital Quality Validation Team
- Solve complex problems and provide support for SAP, MES, QMS and other software projects
- Manage and approve Changes related to Quality Applications, MES and SAP QM
- Assure compliance to West procedures, regulations, and Current Good Manufacturing Practices
- Lead harmonization initiatives as they pertain to the quality management system
- Identify initiatives to improve systems
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, including providing training
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree majoring in a science background/ Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality assurance, cGMP manufacturing
- Advanced Experience in SAP Environment or similar ERP system
- Preferred Knowledge of SAP QM, Veeva, and Computer System Validation (CSV)
- Ability to comprehend and adhere to relevant procedures
- Able to apply knowledge of software and applications to new software
- Complying with the company’s safety and quality policy at all times
