Requirements
- Engineering or Management degree (minimum 2:2) or equivalent experience and knowledge in a relevant discipline
- Enthusiastic leader with the ability to define and communicate a medium-term vision
- Strategic thinker with proven delivery experience
- Technical capability to develop a deep understanding of plant processes and the safety case
- Belief in team and personal development
- Experience in operations management
