About the role
- Business Continuity and Crisis Manager ensuring the company remains operational in emergencies. Develops strategies and processes for stability and security within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Further development and expansion of resilience and emergency management in accordance with DORA
- Analyze business-critical processes and develop measures to mitigate risks
- Plan, coordinate and document emergency exercises and recovery/restart tests
- Conduct awareness and training measures and advise business units on business continuity and crisis management
- Close collaboration with IT Service Continuity Management, Risk Management and external partners
- Coordinate the crisis team and ensure smooth communication and decision-making capability
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external audit bodies
Requirements
- Completed degree in Banking, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards in Business Continuity Management (particularly in the banking sector)
- Experience in process analysis and creating policies, procedures and manuals
- Strong teamwork and communication skills and a confident demeanor
- Excellent German and good English skills
