About the role

  • Material package manager responsible for equipment management and compliance for nuclear projects. Overseeing a fleet of equipment in France and internationally over the course of several years.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the complete management of a fleet of over 300 pieces of equipment
  • Ensure the availability, compliance, and traceability of equipment for project execution
  • Define and implement procedures for equipment management and tracking
  • Adapt, prepare, and provide equipment according to specific needs
  • Ensure compliance of packaging and storage conditions
  • Conduct inventories and monitor stock levels
  • Anticipate needs for equipment and consumables
  • Manage restocking and place necessary orders
  • Organize transport to the site and movements on-site
  • Organize and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
  • Report any discrepancies or anomalies

Requirements

  • Engineering background in mechanics, welding, machining, logistics, etc., with at least 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in equipment management processes
  • Experience in a similar role is highly valued
  • Recognized rigor, dynamism, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with IT tools, especially Excel
  • Good level of English required
  • Valid driver’s license (B) required
