About the role

Responsibilities
- Preparation of competitive procurement processes using RFx.
- Negotiation of equipment, services, and MRO for all Comerc projects with a focus on: substations, boilers, industrial lighting, electric motors, industrial refrigeration, and industrial compressed-air solutions, among other segments.
- Purchasing and negotiation with international suppliers and management of the import process.
- Negotiation, contract drafting, and financial management of contracts.
- Development and relationship management with new and existing suppliers.
- Provide support to internal stakeholders.
- Be organized to handle multiple concurrent demands, exercise self-control, and work effectively under pressure.
- Fully comply with current company policies and the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, or related areas.
- Postgraduate degree in related fields is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical procurement (services and equipment).
- Microsoft Office: Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others.
- Relationship and Communication Skills: Proactivity and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Nice-to-haves / Differentials:
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement for energy-efficiency projects, industrial equipment, or agribusiness industries.
- Knowledge of procurement for boilers and substations, compressed-air systems, electric motors, and industrial lighting.
- Experience in contract management and supplier relationship management.
- Knowledge of taxes and duties, including DIFAL/ST, and the ability to analyze tax strategies to reduce acquisition costs. Experience calculating project payback.
- Advanced Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including use of complex formulas and data analysis, and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
