About the role

  • Manage comprehensive equipment oversight at Westinghouse Electric Company. Ensuring compliance, availability, and tracking of equipment across international projects.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement procedures for the management and tracking of equipment
  • Adapt, prepare and make equipment available according to the specific needs of each project site
  • Ensure compliance of packaging and storage conditions
  • Conduct inventories and monitor stock levels
  • Anticipate equipment and consumable needs
  • Manage replenishments and place necessary orders
  • Organize transportation to the site and equipment movements on the worksite
  • Organize and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
  • Supervise the equipment maintenance lead
  • Report any discrepancies or anomalies (inventory, damage, non-conformity… )

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in a technical field (mechanical engineering, welding, machining, logistics, etc.) with at least 5 years’ experience
  • Strong knowledge of equipment/material management processes
  • Experience in a similar role is highly valued
  • Proven rigor, dynamism and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with IT tools, particularly Excel
  • Good command of English required
  • Valid driver’s license (category B) required
