- Manage comprehensive equipment oversight at Westinghouse Electric Company. Ensuring compliance, availability, and tracking of equipment across international projects.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement procedures for the management and tracking of equipment
- Adapt, prepare and make equipment available according to the specific needs of each project site
- Ensure compliance of packaging and storage conditions
- Conduct inventories and monitor stock levels
- Anticipate equipment and consumable needs
- Manage replenishments and place necessary orders
- Organize transportation to the site and equipment movements on the worksite
- Organize and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
- Supervise the equipment maintenance lead
- Report any discrepancies or anomalies (inventory, damage, non-conformity… )
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in a technical field (mechanical engineering, welding, machining, logistics, etc.) with at least 5 years’ experience
- Strong knowledge of equipment/material management processes
- Experience in a similar role is highly valued
- Proven rigor, dynamism and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with IT tools, particularly Excel
- Good command of English required
- Valid driver’s license (category B) required
