Responsibilities
Define and implement procedures for the management and tracking of equipment
Adapt, prepare and make equipment available according to the specific needs of each project site
Ensure compliance of packaging and storage conditions
Conduct inventories and monitor stock levels
Anticipate equipment and consumable needs
Manage replenishments and place necessary orders
Organize transportation to the site and equipment movements on the worksite
Organize and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
Supervise the equipment maintenance lead
Report any discrepancies or anomalies (inventory, damage, non-conformity… )
Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in a technical field (mechanical engineering, welding, machining, logistics, etc.) with at least 5 years’ experience
Strong knowledge of equipment/material management processes
Experience in a similar role is highly valued
Proven rigor, dynamism and strong organizational skills
Comfortable with IT tools, particularly Excel
Good command of English required
Valid driver’s license (category B) required
