Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI platforms, data architecture, and model lifecycle management.
Lead teams specializing in AI model development, prompt engineering, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with business units to identify AI opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise AI platforms and tools.
Ensure robust governance for AI models, including version control, performance monitoring, and compliance.
Design and maintain scalable, secure data architectures to support AI workloads.
Implement best practices for data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity in AI systems.
Guide prompt engineering strategies for generative AI applications.
Foster innovation through research and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
Establish frameworks for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) of AI models.
Monitor AI systems for performance, bias, and ethical compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field; MBA or advanced degree helpful.
10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Expertise in AI platforms, model lifecycle management, and enterprise data architecture.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), big data technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
