Requirements
- Proven experience as a **Senior SAP Consultant or Solution Architect **within SAP consulting
- Experience in **business development, sales, or market leadership roles in a consulting environment**
- Strong knowledge of S**AP Digital Supply Chain solutions **such as TM, EWM, or IBP
- Ability to manage revenue, margins, pipelines, and senior customer relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Leadership mindset with experience in international, matrix organizations
- Ability to operate strategically and hands-on
- Fluency in **English & Norwegian** - both verbal and written
- Available to travel if the project requires it
