About the role

  • Mathematics editor developing and managing educational media for modern teaching in hybrid environment. Collaborating with various stakeholders and overseeing project implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit traditional and digital teaching materials for modern mathematics instruction
  • Independently manage, coordinate and evaluate projects
  • Provide editorial oversight for school textbooks
  • Collaborate with typesetting services, graphic designers, illustrators and other internal and external service providers

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Mathematics, preferably with teacher training for secondary education
  • Classroom teaching experience
  • Extensive subject knowledge and didactic-methodical skills
  • Editorial experience at an educational publishing house (desirable)
  • Independent, responsible working style
  • Creativity, determination and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team
