About the role

  • Intern in Partnership & Sales for Werder Bremen focusing on Administration. Gain experience in Sponsoring, Hospitality, and Internationalization within a Bundesliga club.

Responsibilities

  • Organization and execution of sponsorship projects
  • Diverse tasks in matchday preparation and execution
  • Preparation of proposals and concepts for sponsor acquisition
  • Support in managing our partners and implementing contractual deliverables
  • Support for PR appointments
  • Preparation and follow-up for business and hospitality (VIP suite) areas
  • Research activities and benchmarking
  • Administrative support for the sales department on various projects

Requirements

  • Completed basic university studies / at least 2 years of study in Business Administration, Sports Management/Economics or a related field
  • Strong affinity for sports and a passion for football
  • High level of commitment, willingness to contribute and ability to work in a team
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured and self-motivated work style
  • Language skills: German and English (confident in spoken and written) – additional languages are an advantage
