Responsibilities
- Conduct brainstorming sessions to generate hypotheses about the problem being addressed
- Facilitate co-creation workshops to develop product solutions
- Understand the pillars of information architecture (content, user, and context) and apply these principles across all projects
- Analyze existing data to understand user behavior
- Define the product's information architecture and navigation
- Develop interfaces, prototypes, and flows for web platforms
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure design concepts are feasible from an implementation perspective
- Present findings and articulate the rationale behind design decisions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Design (UX, UI, Research)
- Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Experience working on complex products
- Proficiency in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles
- Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces using Figma
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS (a plus)
- Knowledge of Material Design (a plus)
