About the role
- Senior Manager, Strategic Finance guiding financial strategies for Wellvana's ACO Performance & Strategy team. Focused on savings opportunities, financial modeling, and AI-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- This role reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer & ACO General Manager.
- Identify and size savings opportunities across Wellvana’s partner portfolio.
- Build the financial cases that drive intervention decisions.
- Evaluate vendor and partnership economics.
- Establish performance tracking and alerting frameworks.
- Use AI to automate repetitive work, producing insights, strategies, and recommendations that inform resource deployment across the network.

- Skills/Competencies/Behaviors:
- Exceptional financial modeling skills. You can build operating models, sensitivity analyses, scenario frameworks, and ROI calculations from scratch.
- Investment banking or transaction advisory experience is ideal preparation.
- Strong business case and communication skills. You can take a complex financial analysis and distill it into a clear recommendation that earns executive approval and partner buy-in. Your work product is presentation-ready.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools. Experience with healthcare data, claims analytics, or medical economics is a plus but not required.
