Responsibilities

  • Coach, develop and build a high performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business
  • Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team
  • Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options
  • Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners in collaborating and building strong partnerships
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Requirements

  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
  • Ability to build and inspire a team where adaptability, collaboration, and accountability to performance are critical to success
  • Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities, and execute a plan that empowers employees to achieve business objectives
  • Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments
  • Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers
  • Extensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs
  • Ability to lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations
