Responsibilities
Develop strategy for exploring, evaluating and launching new online business models, like Social Commerce
Own, develop and action a holistic Subscription (“Autoship”) strategy for Royal Canin across customers
Manage external vendor relationships including tracking budget & contract negotiations
Act as an eCommerce consult/SME to retailers
Support the Digital COA by acting as project manager with regards to ~25 key workstreams prioritized by the Digital community
Influence cross-functional stakeholders with regards to Digital category insights/research
Execute training sessions for digital foundations (internal) and help to build out online criteria
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in eCommerce strategy/sales roles
Experience in digital / eCommerce capability building & problem-solving
Understand core business metrics and how these can be influenced through online merchandising
Must be proactive, high energy, action-oriented, and results driven
Must be comfortable with providing though-leadership to customers and senior leadership in fast-paced, ever evolving environment
Must be comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and personalities
