  • Senior Branch Network Management Trainee leading team and executing business strategies at Wells Fargo. Fostering engagement and driving growth within the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, develop and build a high performing team to execute on business strategies
  • Resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience
  • Identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers
  • Lead the branch while engaging stakeholders, peers, and internal partners
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports

Requirements

  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
  • Ability to analyze performance, understand strengths and opportunities
  • Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments
  • Ability to lead a team to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
  • Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations
