Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
5-8 years of progressive commercial experience in FMCG, beauty, or personal care sectors, with proven success in capability area; experience in beauty industry preferred.
Strong background in sales enablement, training, or capability development.
Knowledge of professional beauty industry and retail dynamics.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to measure impact of capability programs.
